Addendum: Discover warranty sold to me for $149 is at other retailers between $50 and $60.
Sales: You can return the supplemental item.
If I could give them Zero stars I would. I ordered 2 lenses online for a total of $1500 and I get a phone call saying I should change to the American made because the one I ordered has no manufacturer warranty because it was from overseas but it would cost me another $150, I said ok fine. Then I thought more about it and decided that made no sense because I could have just added a warranty to the other lens and gotten more coverage and accidental damage. When I call back he told me "why don't I do this, I'll just remove then lens from your order and you won't have to worry about it. You can order it from someone else." Seriously?! Needless to say I canceled the entire order and got my lenses from B&H.
Beware Bait and switch! I ordered a Canon 5D Mk IV online for ~$300 less than market. Verified by VISA would not complete transaction. I called VISA and they said the transaction did not complete because the seller needs additional verification. Then the store called me and started upselling; "would you like the 2 hour or the 5 hour battery", "the camera you ordered is an import so no warranty, we can sell you the US version for $3100". I cancelled the order. STOP TRYING TO FOOL PEOPLE!
I was in the market of looking for a cookware set and stumble across this website by using Google search engine on the internet. The site were relatively new to me so browsed around first to see what it had to offer. They have a wide selection of many items with reasonable prices and with fast shipping. I found what I was looking for on the website and would recommend it to others.
(Me: Return fee 15% of $39 = about 6 bucks...the price it’s supposed to be!)

Really good prices, but when I ordered a camera lens that on their site said it was in stock I was contacted and told it was on back order for a couple of days. Ok, no big deal. After not hearing back after 3 days I contacted customer service only to be told the item was removed from my order and that particular lens wouldn't be back in stock for a few weeks. I checked the website and it was still showing as available. Come on guys. In this day and age keep your site up to date and get better customer service. Not sure if I'll ever purchase from them again.
