This place is really well run, with extremely friendly coaches. It feels like having your own personal trainer, and most people go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The workouts are not easy (ever), but they are scaleable to your ability. The classes are spaced throughout the day and you can usually find one that fits into your schedule, plus it is located just off 66 near the Apple House, which is very convenient.
