This people only good at taking money from customers. They are never taking care of there customer after reciving money. They are always at lunch or seek or whith another customers... They are never call you back when you leave them a mesage. Very very bad service!!! I''ll never recomend this agency to any body.

UPDATE: The Agent was able to direct me to the proper contact to get the Acord (because it's a new policy, the agent isn't able to access these certs for 24 to 48 hours. I was directed to Progressive and was told there is a 4 day backup on processing Acord Cert. They were able to give me a simple Cert of Ins.) I think this agent will be OK in the long run, I feel like they did their best to help me. I'd recommend with just a bit of caution if you're a customer that demands immediate attention and exceptional service.

Unfortunately our guidelines do require the unlimited radius for new ventures with federal filings. We will only be able to reduce the radius upon renewal after the insured has had some business experience and the insured’s inspection history verifies the lower radius.

I called yesterday to bind coverage for bobtail and physical damage insurance. The agent that I spoke with seemed very competent and helpful and was able to get the application done over the phone. It took almost an hour. I paid the down payment to bind coverage and was given a direct line with instructions to call him back two hours later (because I was not receiving the Docusign Document via email).

This is the absolute worst agency out there. I got a quote, and gave my contract a 15 day notice. On the very last day, I was ready to pay down payment I couldn't speak to a agent all day with a promise of calling me back but never received a call. On the very last day at the end of the day I was told I couldn't get insurance. Which left me in a bad situation. Where I don't have a contract or insurance. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Now I stand a chance of losing authority and trucking company.

I got home and received the Docusign. I tried calling the agent because I had a couple of questions I wanted answered before I signed. I called his direct line and another agent answered. I asked her to have him call me back and she said she'd give him the message. I thanked her. After a bit, I still hadn't heard from him so I sent him a text (which I was instructed to do by him earlier that day). Absolutely no response at all. So, I researched and found the answers to my questions and signed the docs. Next day, I have not received my Acord Certificate, which I needed asap. I called the agent again and got someone else. They are unable to print and fax my Acord because Progressive Insurance site is having "issues". He told me to call back in 10 minutes and he'd get the Acord Cert to me. I will update my review as I continue through this process, but as of right now, I am extremely concerned with the customer service, the lack of communication and definitely the lack of the Acord Certifcate. The money was withdrawn out of my bank account. In this business (trucking), any competent agent understands the urgency of the need for Acord Certificates to be able populated and sent out immediately. I will continue to update this review. I'm hopeful that they will be able to get this done.

I highly recommend Cover Me Insurance! I've been insured by them for almost 30 years now and never had a problem with them. I've had claims in the past but recently I had an incident which I hate to admit was my fault but their claims dept. handled it in a very professional manner like they've done in the past. I couldn't be happier with this insurance agency and have recommended them to a few of my friends which all agree that they are one of the best truck insurance companies, if not the best.

    I highly recommend Cover Me Insurance! I've been insured by them for almost 30 years now and never had a problem with them.
